Job Description

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR POSITION AVAILALBE IMMEDIATELY!

One of our clients, a leader in the Construction Industry, is seeking a Payroll Administrator on a potential temp-to-direct hire basis for their corporate office in Mount Vernon. This will be starting ASAP and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Payroll Processing (Certified Payroll a huge plus!)
  • Knowledge/experience with JD Edwards, Workday or other payroll systems
  • Submission and reporting of union and non-union payroll for multiple projects, on a weekly basis
  • Uploading Payroll to various organizations/Prime Contractors for applicable jobs
  • Preparing insurance forms for applicable jobs
  • Process Union target money requests and interim checks as necessary
