Description Must-Have Qualifications - Strong Python coding skills (AI/ML scripting) - Proven APM experience (any platform) - Experience with load balancing - Hands-on with cloud infrastructure Project Overview The engineer will contribute to Wells Fargo's in-house Agentic AI platform, Tachyon, collaborating across lines of business to vet new and existing use cases. The role involves working both on-prem and in cloud environments, partnering closely with developers and shared services teams to vet code, run tests, and analyze results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Use case development - Regression testing - Technical solutioning - Architecture design - Scripting and test execution Interview Process Step 1: Technical interview with hiring manager and team lead Step 2: Onsite interview Technical Requirements - Experience with Thread Dumps, Heap Dumps, GC Analysis (JMC/JFR a plus) - Ability to develop performance scripts using LoadRunner, ALM/Performance Center, or similar tools - Design and execution of Load, Stress, Break, Soak, and Chaos testing - Hands-on with APM and monitoring tools - Understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, vector databases) - Familiarity with system internals and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Proficiency in Python libraries (Flask, Streamlit) - Experience with AI/ML frameworks and model optimization techniques - Background in Service Virtualization - Strong performance testing and engineering expertise - Ability to identify bottlenecks and report RCA - Excellent communication skills Skills Performance testing, Load runner, GCP, AI/ML, python, dynatrace, Jmeter, Automation testing, Test script Top Skills Details Performance testing,Load runner,GCP,AI/ML,python,dynatrace Additional Skills & Qualifications Nice haves Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
