Siskind Susser PC seeks a PERM Immigration Paralegal to join our Team. Our team delivers high-quality service to corporations, small and mid-size companies, and individuals seeking to live and work in the United States.
In this position you will primarily work to prepare and file PERM cases. You will be responsible for drafting and preparing supporting documentation while working with clients to gather required credentials and information, tracking and meeting deadlines and providing attentive and responsive customer service. The position is also responsible for communicating with employer and clients via email and phones.
The ideal candidate is looking for a collaborative, fast-paced work environment that involves balancing multiple priorities from a team of attorneys while maintaining strong attention to detail. Candidates will be able to work independently, yet as part of a close-knit team of attorneys and other paralegals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be willing to primarily work on PERM cases and have at least 2 years of experience as a PERM Immigration Paralegal.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree together with strong writing and analytical skills, strong organizational skills, fluency and comfort with computer-based technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office), and meticulous attention to detail.
We will consider remote or in-person at our Memphis office for this position.
