Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 7 am - 12:30 pm and 3 pm - 6:30 pm
• Fridays: 7:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Expected hours: 20+ per week to start with opportunity for full-time in the near future

Job Summary

• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history.
• Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class, evidence-based strength training sessions to clients.
• Manage client schedules and ensure high retention.
• Contribute to studio growth and community engagement
