Job Title: Fulfillment Technician
Summary:
The Fulfillment Technician is responsible for storing, picking, and shipping finished goods in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Follow cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper storage, FEFO, counting, and adjustments.
- Perform routine inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, quality, and facilities.
Fulfillment
- Label, package, and ship finished products.
- Reconcile inventory records and assist with order accuracy.
- Analyze fulfillment errors and support process improvements.
Compliance & Safety
- Assist in SOP documentation and equipment logs.
- Stay current on training and help train others.
- Follow and promote safety procedures; report hazards.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with cGMP and 21 CFR Part 210 & 211 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Background check required.
