Block scheduling available but not required Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Open to recent graduates working toward board certification and experienced candidates License: New York License (or willing to obtain) Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Must-Have: DEA (or willing to obtain), clean malpractice/license history, not located within 30 miles of the facility Job Description: - Join an established, directly employed hospital medicine program. - Excellent colleagues and strong system practice support. - Flexible scheduling in a physician-friendly environment. - Closed ICU; Nocturnists are responsible for running rapids and codes. ICU providers handle ICU-related tasks. - No required procedures. - Average daily census of 15-18 patients per physician per day. - Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are part of the team. - Acceptance of candidates needing H-1B visa support. Compensation and Benefits: - Relocation allowance based on the distance moved, reimbursed through submitted receipts. - Starting bonus available, to be discussed during the interview. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - Paid malpractice insurance, including post-employment tail coverage. - Allowance for CME time and expenses. - Paid time away from the practice. - Retirement savings program with employer matching.
