Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Picker/Packer to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Job Title: Picker/Packer
Pay Rate: Starting pay $18.50/hr. (Increases depending on shift)
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Duties:

Sort and organize products, systems, and SOPs
Train new employees
Maintain production and sanitation for machines
Ensure work areas remain clean and organized
Perform packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks
Open cases or cartons and position them for processing (machine or manual build)
Load cases/cartons onto pallets in a specific order per item specifications
Build displays according to pre-set designs
Fold, tape, label, and wrap boxes or displays
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted
Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently

Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th)

1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday
2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday
4th shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Sunday
5th shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am Friday-Sunday
