Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Picker/Packer  to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.
 

Job Title: Picker/Packer
Pay Rate: Starting pay $18.50/hr. (Increases depending on shift)
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

• Sort and organize products, systems, and SOPs
• Train new employees
• Maintain production and sanitation for machines
• Ensure work areas remain clean and organized
• Perform packaging, shipping, and receiving tasks
• Open cases or cartons and position them for processing (machine or manual build)
• Load cases/cartons onto pallets in a specific order per item specifications
• Build displays according to pre-set designs
• Fold, tape, label, and wrap boxes or displays
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
• Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently

Shift:  Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th)

• 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday
• 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday
• 4th shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Sunday
• 5th shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am Friday-Sunday
