We are looking for a Primary School Coordinator for an international school based in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August, 2025. About the schoolLocated in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, this international school has four sections: early years, primary school, middle school and high school. It provides both Cambridge International Curriculum and British National Curriculum programs. The school campus is large, well-equipped with classrooms, a Music and Dance area, a Library and Information Centre, an Art room, laboratories, a soccer pitch and other recreational areas. Job responsibilitiesLead and manage the primary section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and implementation of curricula.Support and mentor teachers in their professional development and actively participate in the planning and assessment processes.Coordinate the primary program and foster communication between grade levels as well as between teachers and parents.Organize school events, open days, and parent-teacher meetings to promote engagement within the school community.Develop and maintain effective assessment processes to monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure that resources and facilities meet the needs of the primary program.
