You’ll join the Digital Architecture Center of Excellence team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to shape global data strategies and enable data-driven decision-making. Main Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Sanofi’s enterprise data model, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.

• Partner with domain-specific teams to meet cross-functional and analytical requirements.

• Advocate for Data Mesh principles, fostering understanding and organizational buy-in across technical and business teams.

• Design and implement efficient data-sharing patterns to streamline data exchange with minimal dependencies.

• Establish and promote frameworks for data access, stewardship, and governance to enhance transparency and accountability.

• Stay ahead of advancements in data architecture, identifying opportunities to improve Sanofi’s data capabilities.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data architecture practices.

About You

• 8-10+ years proven expertise in designing and managing scalable data architectures, especially in enterprise environments.

• Strong background in data modeling, taxonomy, and interoperability principles.

• Hands-on experience with Data and AI tools, including data engineering, master data management, data lakes, data warehouses, data visualization, and machine learning.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data modeling techniques and schema design.

• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Informatica), API management, and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, GraphQL).

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).

• Knowledge of governance platforms, data quality, lineage tools, and stewardship frameworks.

• Solid understanding of Data Mesh principles and decentralized data architecture frameworks.

• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field required.
