*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while adhering to established protocols and standards.

*Duties*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
* Assist with patient assessments and document changes in patient conditions.
* Support occupational health initiatives by conducting health screenings and assessments.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

*Skills*
* Active Oregon LPN license as well as BLS through American Heart Association or Red Cross (online only not accepted)
* Experience working in an Outpatient, Primary care, Med-Surg or Urgent care is preferred.
* Knowledge of laboratory procedures and the ability to perform basic lab tests.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
