### 🔑 **What You’ll Do**
* Source **fresh produce, juices, purées, powders**, and other value-added food ingredients globally.
* Build and manage supplier relationships across Latin America, Asia, and beyond.
* Negotiate trade deals and contracts that meet our pricing, quality, and volume goals.
* Coordinate closely with our sales team to connect supply with existing and new customer demand.
* Collaborate with logistics, QA, and sustainability teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
* Identify new sourcing opportunities, product ideas, and category innovations.

### ✅ **What You Bring**
* **3–7+ years** of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or food/agriculture trade.
* Expertise in **fresh produce and processed ingredients** (juices, purées, powders, etc.).
* Fluent in **English and Spanish** (Portuguese a plus).
* Strong negotiation skills and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally to farms, factories, and trade events.
* Experience working with global food brands, importers, or manufacturers is highly valued.
