Project Manager Level 2 (Hybrid – Mequon, WI)

Our Client is looking for a Project Manager Level 2 who thrives on execution and getting work across the finish line. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who enjoys taking defined initiatives, turning them into clear plans, and driving results in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

This is not a strategy or discovery role. The focus is delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and execute cost-reduction projects within manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Take over projects that are already scoped or in progress and drive them through completion
• Build clear, practical project plans with timelines and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure projects close successfully with measurable outcomes

What success looks like

• Project plans are established quickly and clearly
• Stakeholders stay aligned and engaged without constant escalation
• Projects move forward consistently and close on time
• Cost-reduction initiatives deliver tangible results

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Full project lifecycle ownership from planning through delivery
• Strong execution and follow-through, not just tracking
• Comfort working cross-functionally and driving action without formal authority
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operational teams

Nice to have

• Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma concepts
• PMP certification (helpful, not required)
• Comfort using tools like Excel or Microsoft Project

Work environment

• Hybrid role based in Mequon, WI
• Onsite presence expected Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
