We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and cooperative buildings in New York City. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain strong resident relations, and manage financial and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple condo and co-op buildings
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
• Serve as primary contact for residents, boards, and vendors
• Enforce building rules and ensure compliance with governance policies
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage financial reporting
• Assist with lease administration and occupancy matters

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing NYC condos and co-ops
• Knowledge of NYC housing regulations and co-op/condo governance
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently
