As demand for our campaigns grows, we’re hiring an Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant to support our expanding team and help bring nonprofit initiatives directly to the public through live events and community engagement.
💼 Your Role:As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll help bridge the gap between mission-driven organizations and their communities. You’ll assist with campaign messaging, event planning, and outreach strategy—making a real impact from day one.
✅ Key Responsibilities:Support the Marketing Manager in executing public relations strategies for nonprofit campaigns
Help coordinate community outreach events and ensure smooth operations and logistics
Serve as a brand ambassador , sharing meaningful messages and engaging with the public at events
Collaborate with campaign partners to align messaging across PR, grassroots, and promotional channels
Assist in developing branded marketing materials and managing event displays
Track and report key campaign metrics (event attendance, engagement, donations, inventory, etc.)
Analyze outreach performance and help optimize future campaign strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, vendors, and volunteers
Research and suggest new outreach opportunities to expand campaign visibility
