Our client, a dynamic organization in the service industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Receptionist Location: Belcamp Pay Rate: $25/hr What's the Job? Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls Providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries Scheduling appointments and updating the calendar What's Needed? No prior experience required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer skills What's in it for me?
