This internship is designed for recent college graduates or early-career professionals (13 years of experience) who are eager to build a foundation in Sales Performance Management (SPM), Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), and software engineering practices.As an intern, you will receive structured training and mentoring from senior consultants and engineers on:Core consulting competencies (professional communication, project delivery, client engagement)SPM technical skills (data modeling, configuration, analytics)Software development for leading ICM solutions in the market todayThis role offers hands-on project exposure and a clear pathway to a full-time consulting career in sales compensation technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport solution design and configuration for sales compensation management systems.Assist with data integration, testing, and validation of ICM solutions.Work with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Participate in client-facing activities such as workshops, demos, and requirement sessions (with guidance).Contribute to documentation including requirements, process flows, and configuration guides.Demonstrate growth in consulting soft skills and technical capabilities through mentorship checkpoints.Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.Experience: 03 years professional experience in consulting, technology, finance/analytics, or operations. Internships and co-ops count.Technical Aptitude: Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, or SQL.
