Sales Representative – T-Mobile for Business

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to represent T-Mobile for Business , one of the most trusted names in telecommunications. This is a field-based, full-cycle sales role , perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and identify small to medium-sized businesses in the greater Philadelphia area
• Set up and lead face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Deliver tailored solutions that match business needs using T-Mobile for Business offerings
• Close deals and manage post-sale relationships as the client’s dedicated account manager
• Build and maintain a growing portfolio of accounts , developing long-term partnerships
• Consistently hit or exceed personal and team sales goals

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starters who are goal-oriented, proactive, and coachable
• Comfortable with outside sales and face-to-face prospecting
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not required —we provide full training
