💼 School Social Worker
💰  $31 - $34.24/hr
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations

• Assist in the assessment of students for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Impairments, Other Health Impairments, etc. as needed.  
• Works with student’s with IEPs, At-Risk, or general education in small groups or individually, to address problems or issues that may get in the way of learning and competence.
• Assist in designing an effective treatment plan to meet the needs of students.
• Design appropriate therapeutic activities and materials and track student progress towards IEP goals and objectives on an ongoing basis
• Develop functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Provide liaison, coordination, and case management services with schools, families, community agencies, and other resources
• Implement school social work services within a multi- tiered intervention model for programs and services

  Minimum Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and current state licensure 
• At least 2 years of experience working in schools
• Must clear IChat
• Have an understanding of state laws and professional ethics
• A valid driver's license and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
