Responsibilities

• Implement Agile/Scrum principles to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Prioritize tasks by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines.
• Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and risks, providing clear communication on progress and status.
• Develop and monitor key program metrics, ensuring proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external project sponsors.

Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, project management, business administration, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in supporting complex technology projects as a servant leader.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other related certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
