**Summary** + Chenega Corporation is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Police Officer to join our team in Charleston, SC. The Security Police Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors. This role requires a vigilant and proactive individual who can respond effectively to emergencies and enforce federal, state, and local laws. **_*This posting is for a pipeline position. We are proactively building a talent pool for future opportunities and may not have an immediate opening at this time.*_** **Responsibilities** + Perform protective service work such as guarding buildings and property. + Conduct mobile patrols, inspections, and searches. + Enforce traffic regulations and conduct traffic investigations. + Control access to installations by employees, visitors, and residents. + Respond to emergencies and provide first response services. + Communicate effectively via radio, telephone, and in person. + Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and safety procedures. + Participate in Guard Mount, receive assigned posts, and follow special orders. + Conduct personnel, vehicular, building, and facility checks. **Qualifications** + Two years of service in the U.S. Armed Services or equivalent experience in physical security or law enforcement (armed or unarmed). + Satisfactory qualify with a 9 mm semi-auto pistol, M4 semi-automatic rifle, and shotgun. + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum age of 21 years. + Valid state driver's license. + Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. + Must meet the Minimum Medical and Physical Standards for Armed Security Officers. **Why Join Chenega:** + Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. + Supportive and inclusive work environment. + Commitment to employee safety and well-being. **Estimated Salary/Wage** Up to USD $26.22/Hr.
