Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for healthcare analytics? This healthcare organization is keeping on the forefront of emerging technologies to help with decisioning and predictive analytics. They're looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping predictive analytics and machine learning systems across the enterprise. This role can be fully remote after on-boarding, but you must reside in the State of California.

What Youll Do:

• Provide analysis and strategic direction for enterprise-wide predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Work with healthcare data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop complex queries, joins, and stored procedures in MS SQL Server to extract meaningful insights.
• Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Requirement:

• Healthcare industry experience (ex: knowledge of claims systems, codes, payment methodology, etc.)
• Proven experience in analyst roles
• Strong MS SQL Server skills (queries, joins, stored procedures)
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
• Exposure to EZCap
