How you will make an impact:

As part of our Product Team, you will work closely and crossfunctionally with leaders across the company and some of the biggest and most wellknown brands in the world to take our worldclass product to the next level. One of our products superpowers is the scale at which it operates, allowing customers to interact with billions of consumers at high performance. Iterable recently announced Nova, an AIdriven UX that empowers marketers to connect with end users like never before.

As a Senior Product Manager for our Nova team, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap and driving endtoend execution (in partnership with crossfunctional teams) of AIdriven experiences within the Iterable platform. These experiences will ensure growth marketers can work smarter and more efficiently, ultimately leading to increased engagement and brand loyalty of their end users.

The Product Team works closely with our Design and Engineering Teams and lives by user empathy daily. You will work with our internal teams and directly with our customers to help define and prioritize product features that have a high impact on Iterables business. You are passionate about great UX, and know how to leverage cuttingedge technologies (including generative AI and machine learning) to improve users lives. You have successfully launched products in the past. You are excited about helping companies, both Iterable and our customers, grow. In this role, youll report to the Director of Product, Nova Experiences and Outcomes.

In this role, youll get to:

• Innovate using generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent insights to solve marketers realworld problems
• Make an impact on daytoday efficiency and effectiveness of growth marketers using Iterable
• Work crossfunctionally with customer success, engineering, marketing, sales, legal, and other PMs to develop and ship new data products
• Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
• Generate and prioritize the product backlog for AI teams
• Create customer adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement with the features you ship
• Engage with customers regularly (e.g. user testing, discovery, research, roadmap sharing, etc.)
• Partner closely with your engineering team to launch impactful projects

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience working on a SaaS product (B2B, B2B2C)
• Deep customer empathy
• Experience with data science and machine learning, and handson experience building AI products, especially for enterprise customers
• Technical understanding of complex AI functionality and ability to partner with data science and machine learning engineering teams
• Thrive on solving complex technical problems and partnering crossfunctionally to translate stakeholder needs into product architecture
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to leverage data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions and strategy
• Experience working with agile engineering teams and tools like Jira
• Collaborative team player

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $138,500 - $213,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
