RETS Associates, on behalf of its client—a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm specializing in industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties across the Western United States is seeking a Senior Property Manager (SPM) based in San Diego, CA. The SPM will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a 300K SF multi-tenant light industrial portfolio in the San Diego market. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong financial and operational expertise, a background in construction management, and a proven ability to manage properties effectively. The SPM will be responsible for maximizing asset performance, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• RPA or CPM designation preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial property management
• Strong financial, operational, and construction management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple assets and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
