Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Administrator, based in Pennsylvania, with flexibility for partial work from home (at least one day per week on-site). The Senior Salesforce Administrator will manage the maintenance, administration, and support of Salesforce platforms. Primary responsibilities include creating and managing Salesforce dashboards, workflows, and validation rules, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce usage. The role will also involve critical thinking, identifying improvements, and working closely with stakeholders to meet business needs.
