Job DescriptionSr. Lifecycle Specialist Position OverviewWe are seeking a contract Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies. This contractor will need to onboard quickly and immediately take ownership of campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to plan, implement, and optimize strategies across email, in-app, and push notification channels, with a focus on driving user engagement, retention, and conversion. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. * Manage and optimize SEO efforts to improve website ranking and organic traffic. * Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics to increase brand awareness and engagement. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Lead content marketing initiatives to create valuable and relevant content to attract and retain target audiences. * Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to the website. * Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports for stakeholders. * Manage email marketing campaigns, including design, execution, and performance tracking. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business goals.Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role. * Financial services/fintech experience is a plus but not required * Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools. * Proficiency in social media management and content marketing. * Experience in developing and executing brand strategies. * Familiarity with PPC advertising and email marketing best practices. * Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. * Experience with Braze, Adobe, or other enterprise-scale consumer marketing automation platforms and/or CDPs preferred.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
