Our well-established team is looking for a motivated and experienced title agent to join us in achieving our goal of providing consistently excellent closing services to clients. • Conduct property search to check for real estate title defects or issues, such as claims, liens, mortgages, deeds, wills, or fraud
• Conduct title search to prepare a title abstract and title opinion
• Prepare closing statements after reviewing all closing documents to ensure all title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and transfer title to the new owner
• Record all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners
• Work effectively throughout the closing process with a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, settlement agents, title insurance agents, law firms, escrow officers, closing agents, paralegals, and escrow companies

• Communicate effectively and regularly with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clients
• Conduct all phases of the Title process through Closing
• Utilize technical skills to interact through Social media/ Internet/E-recording
• Validate and verify all financial and remote communication

• 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required
• State license requirements must be met for this position --title producers license is a bonus
• Prefer process-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
• High school diploma required -- college degree preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite

• The Ideal Candidate will be Personable and Positive with a can-do Attitude
• 3 years plus of Title experience and interaction with Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers
• Meet State Licensing requirements- Title Producers license and Notary
