Overview:
Seeking a polished and experienced Treasury Service Advisor to deliver premium "white glove" support to platinum commercial clients within a leading banking enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, responding to inquiries via email (90%) and phone (10%).

• Resolve client requests using multiple banking systems (2-3 screens simultaneously).

• Provide expert guidance on treasury products, services, and client solutions.

• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and proactive service.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of customer service experience in an enterprise banking environment.

• Proven background as a Service Advisor or in a similar client-facing role.

• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

• Steady work history (no job hoppers).

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.

Preferred:

• Bank Teller training (Teller School 101).
