We are looking for a dependable and hardworking **Delivery Driver **with SAFETY in mind to join our team. This position plays a key role in daily deliveries operations including loading, unloading, and delivering materials to customers by box truck. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of handling physical work while maintaining excellent customer service.
Safely deliver products to customer's homes with a good attitude.
Set up products for the customer and solve any issues while at the customer’s home.
Help keep the store clean and organized.
Help with other duties as assigned by management.
Must be able to:
Operate box truck safely.
Ensure proper delivery of the product to customer homes.
Install appliances and electronics.
Go over delivery and operation paperwork with customers.
Log any issues encountered on deliveries, returns, or service calls and notify Store Manager immediately.
Understand and complete the PMCS sheet daily/weekly.
Notify the Store Manager of needed vehicle maintenance.
Help keep the floor stocked with products.
Help keep the floor and product clean. Only cleaned products should be brought onto the floor.
Keep the truck stocked and clean.
Keep the outside of the building clean.
Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
Clean restrooms and take out store trash as needed.
Unload vendor trucks.
Assemble products efficiently.
Move products for customers changing addresses.
Assist with collections activities as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work (lift, bend, stoop, pull, reach, etc.)
Previous experience in delivery driving required.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
