Are you an experienced Warehouse Management professional seeking a new opportunity to join a great company?

Our Client in Newark, DE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team! This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position with great benefits! This position is looking for 5-10 years of similar industry experience and is offering $80,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations
• Oversee team of warehouse employees
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and training in facility
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear and timely communications
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Work within multiple warehouse management systems and oversee the implementation of new systems
• Manage the budget for warehouse operations
• Implement new systems to increase efficiency and/or reduce costs
• Communicate with upper management

Qualifications:

• 10 years of warehouse management experience is highly preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in the Wine industry is highly preferred
• Highly proficient in warehouse operations and with WMS
