Warehouse Associate (Pick & Pack) 1st Shift Days – UNLIMITED OVERTIME!

 

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for full-time positions in Ottawa, KS. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active and want to take advantage of UNLIMITED OVERTIME! Associates must maintain their primary shift but can work as much extra time as desired.

 

Location: Ottawa, KS
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Conditions: Climate-Controlled Warehouse
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 3:30pm
Overtime: UNLIMITED OVERTIME AVAILABLE!

Position Summary:

Warehouse Associates will be responsible for pick and pack operations using handheld scanners. This role involves significant walking throughout the facility, averaging 7–8 miles per day, and frequent use of stairs. Associates will also assist with box assembly and general warehouse organization as needed.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack products using handheld scanner devices.
• Assemble boxes and prepare items for shipment.
• Maintain consistent pace and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Walk extensively throughout the facility, including stairs.
• Ensure all items are handled safely and accurately.
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures.
• Work overtime as desired while maintaining attendance for primary shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, production, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to walk long distances (7–8 miles per day) and climb stairs regularly.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

• Reliable and motivated to work overtime.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity standards.
