General Labor Window Cleaners Join the FISH Family! Immediate openings in Kalamazoo, MI. No experience necessary. Full‑time hours: 7 am to 5 pm. Starting pay $17/hour. After training full‑time cleaners earn $17–$27/hr, with occasional weekends. We provide two weeks of paid training. After 3–6 months we typically shift to commission‑based pay based on performance. This is a year‑round position ideal for construction, warehouse, hospitality, retail or customer‑service workers. Benefits include flexible scheduling, paid time off, a 401(k) with 50% match, and an employee referral program. Physical Requirements Able to stand on feet for long periods. Able to lift up to 60 lbs. Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms. Able to work with arms above head. Able to bend and squat to ground level.
