Role Title: Zuora Technical Project Manager

Role Description:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead client-side oversight of a Zuora implementation as part of a broader Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation. The build and configuration are being delivered by a large systems integrator; this role will manage internal coordination, ensure alignment with business and technical needs, and drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Side Project Management: Own project lifecycle activities from the client perspective — initiation, planning, execution, risk management, and go-live support.
Technical Oversight: Ensure SI-delivered solutions meet internal architecture, security, integration, and business requirements across billing, order management, revenue recognition, and ERP touchpoints.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison between the SI, internal IT, and business stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing escalations, and ensuring transparency.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks/issues related to the SI's deliverables, drive resolution, and escalate when necessary.
Change Management Support: Collaborate with change management leads to ensure the business is prepared for new systems, contributing to training and knowledge transfer plans.
