We’re growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients and agents onsite.
Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant will be a key member of our support team, responsible for handling client communications, assisting agents with daily operations, and ensuring smooth office workflow. This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively serve our diverse client base.
This is a part-time onsite role (20–30 hours per week) with potential for growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders in both English and Spanish
Schedule and manage appointments for agents and clients
Print, organize, and prepare documents for client and agent use
Assist with mailing client documents and correspondence
Follow up with clients and agents to ensure tasks are completed and information is received
Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scanning, and data entry
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a professional client experience
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior administrative or office experience preferred, but not required
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week, onsite
