  • Work with the client departments (safety, HR, manufacturing, maintenance, etc.) to facilitate programs, and provide expert input and education.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide training and education to the workforce on injury prevention, general health and workplace safety topics.
  • Develop and implement personalized injury prevention and fitness programs tailored to the needs of the workforce.
  • Communicate and coordinate care with the on-site nursing/medical staff.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers (BOC).
  • Current license in the state of Oregon
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in occupational health or industrial settings is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly compensation and benefits.
  • Opportunity to make a significant impact on employee well-being and workplace safety.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Additional training in occupational health practice will be provided to enhance your skills and expertise.
