Job Description

LaSalle Network has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Finance Manager  with our client. They are a commercial bank currently experiencing continuous growth. This position is located in Nashville, TN, with two locations, Franklin and Downtown Nashville; viable candidates must possess banking leadership experience. 

Finance Manager Requirements:
  • Provide financial planning, analysis and performance reporting for Bank leadership, covering areas like annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly Board reporting, capital planning, profitability analysis (by business line, banker, client), pricing models, scenario and ROI analysis and ongoing ad hoc analyses
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the Bank’s long-term financial model and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on key financial decisions
  • Manage key assumptions for Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and liquidity models
  • Develop presentations and communicate key business trends and insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the Bank to understand drivers of financial performance and integrate them into forecasts and budgets
  • Support finance transformation projects, including automation, tool implementation and data optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency
  • Create scalable financial models and reporting templates for the Finance team, ensuring high standards for data integrity, consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to share financial performance insights with executives, promoting transparency and faster decision-making
  • Establish and uphold model risk management practices, including comprehensive model documentation and control measures
  • Conduct complex data analysis, reconciliation and merging of datasets
  • Reconcile monthly and quarterly financial results with forecast expectations and provide insightful fluctuation analyses
  • Prepare supporting schedules for internal and external financial reporting requirements
  • Assist the Accounting and Finance team with special projects, scenario analysis and ad hoc requests
  • Ensure regulatory requirements are met by verifying that internal controls are effective
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the Accounting and Finance department
Finance Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar field of study
  • CPA, MBA, CFA and or CMA designation preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant and experience in FP&A functions
