Salary/Hourly Rate: $30/hr Position Overview: The Grants Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the grant process, from research and application to management and reporting. This role is crucial in securing funding to support our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful grant acquisition and management, as well as the ability to navigate the intricacies of grant compliance and reporting. Responsibilities of the Grants Manager: Grant Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs. Grant Writing and Submission: Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met. Grant Management: Oversee the administration of awarded grants, including tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance with grant terms, and preparing necessary reports. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with grantors, including foundations, government agencies, and corporate sponsors. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant activities, including applications, awards, compliance documents, and reports.
