Now, we’re looking for a sharp, driven Head of Commercial Partnerships to help fuel our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows the commercial production and animation landscape, thrives on building relationships, and brings both strategic vision and hands-on hustle to the table.

What You'll Do

• Lead new business efforts — identify opportunities, develop outreach strategies, pitch with confidence, and close.
• Deepen relationships with existing clients and uncover new ways to collaborate and grow together.
• Partner with leadership to shape Ataboy’s go-to-market strategy and elevate our presence in the industry.
• Work across creative, production, and marketing teams to align business goals with client needs and storytelling potential.
• Represent Ataboy in high-stakes meetings, industry events, and presentations — in NYC and on the road.

Who You Are



• A self-starter who’s NYC-based and excited to travel for meetings, presentations, and key events.
• A motivated, collaborative team player who’s just as comfortable in a creative brainstorm as in a sales pitch.
• A connector — someone who knows how to open doors and build lasting relationships with agencies, brands, and partners.
• An industry insider (or close to it), with 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or marketing in production, creative, or media.
• A strategic thinker and strong communicator who knows how to align storytelling with client goals.
