Midtown is looking for a Nail Technician to join our world-class spa team (2444 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60647). As an integral part of the spa team, our Nail Technicians are courteous professionals interested in promoting the well-being and satisfaction of our members and guests. They possess strong customer service skills and have a positive impact on the success of our club. Nail Technician Responsibilities include addressing needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner; arranging work station, treatment room, lighting, sound and inquiring with guest comfort level throughout service; maintaining cleanliness of spa areas throughout shift, disposing of trash and dirty lines, and securing supplies at end of shift; partnering with and assisting other associates to promote spa services and achieve department goals; performing treatments for guests and maintaining treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standard for guest comfort and safety; promoting Spa/salon services and selling retail products; providing various nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures and other nail services. Nail Technician Requirements include at least one year of experience and a current state license to their role; adherence to local and state licensing laws and regulations; previous customer service experience preferred.
