Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Bee Cave Area

Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support two entrepreneurs—one leading in the fashion (swimwear) space and the other in fintech. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance a mix of personal and professional responsibilities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with and manage household/service contractors (cleaning crews, lawn care, home/office projects, etc.)
• Assist with day-to-day operations tasks across both businesses
• Run errands such as delivering product shipments, picking up groceries, and handling office/home purchases between our home in Lakeway & office in Bee Cave
• Manage and schedule content for various social media accounts
• Perform basic video editing for social media and internal use (Reels, TikToks)
• Organize digital and physical files for brand agencies, collaborators, and partners
• Provide on-the-go support during travel, events, or photoshoots when needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy with experience managing social media accounts and familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, or Final Cut Pro)
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Flexible and open to a wide variety of tasks—no two days will look the same
• Must be based in or near Austin, TX, with reliable transportation
