A well-established law firm in White Plains, NY, has a recent opening for a seasoned Transactional Attorney with expertise in commercial real estate and finance. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to commercial real estate transactions
• Represent clients in commercial finance transactions, including lending and borrowing
• Oversee all phases of construction loan closings and financing agreements
• Work directly with developers on large-scale development projects
• Transition client matters from a retiring partner and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate and finance law
• Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated transactional matters independently
• Strong skills in negotiation, drafting, and client communication
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent legal and business judgment
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail in transactional documentation
